Simon first became an agent in 1984 in Leighton Buzzard, becoming a manager the next year in Tring, and first moved to Basingstoke in 1988 to open an office for a national chain of estate agents. After a short period in Winchester, Simon returned to open another office in Basingstoke as a Partner in a leading national agent, before opening Randalls Residential. For the last 30 years, Simon has specialised in the marketing and sale of village and rural property in all price ranges from small country cottages to large equestrian property and small farms, as well as the more individual and period property within Basingstoke itself. Simon has been playing tennis, not well, with the same group of people for the last 25 years each week through summer months, and when time permits enjoys travelling and skiing. With twin grandchildren now living in New Zealand an extended winter trip is now obligatory.
