SITUATION

The property is located off Newbury Street within walking distance of the town centre and the station. Whitchurch is a small town situated on the River Test convenient for access to the larger towns of Basingstoke, Newbury, Winchester and Andover. THE PROPERTY

Yeomans Cottage is a detached period cottage which now requires extensive refurbishment and modernisation.
