Situation

Wallis Drive is a no through road on the edge of this popular Hampshire village. Located some 6 miles to the north of Basingstoke, Bramley has a primary school, a local shop, a bakery, a public house and a branch line railway station. There is good access to the A33 which provides easy access to the M3 and M4 at Basingstoke and Reading respectively, and both these larger towns offer a comprehensive range of leisure, educational and recreational facilities. Basingstoke has a station for Waterloo and Reading a station for Paddington.

The property

Although only built in 1999, 10 Wallis Drive has been comprehensively overhauled, modernised, refurbished and extended by the current owners to now offer excellent family living accommodation over two floors.

On the ground floor, the front door opens to the reception hall with cloakroom off and from which the staircase rises to the first-floor landing. The sitting room is to the front of the property with double doors opening on to the kitchen/dining room which has been beautifully refitted and now offers a comprehensive range of units and work surfaces as well as underfloor heating. To the back of the property is a useful conservatory and second sitting room/playroom both of which provide double doors opening on to the private south facing rear garden. There is also a utility room.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there are three further bedrooms and the family bathroom.

For further information, please refer to the floorplan.

Outside

To the front is a small open plan garden, mainly gravelled with a number of evergreen shrubs and a driveway providing parking.

To the rear the lovely private south facing garden is level and fully enclosed, mainly laid to lawn with shrub borders and a paved terrace adjoining the house for al fresco dining. There is also a 10’ x 8’ metal store/workshop.
